This house was built in 2005 :) It's just outside of Raleigh and no, haven't moved yet. Aug 21st is closing date so I don't think we can fit in a youtube meetup before then unfortunately.
As for the stove, perhaps somewhere down the line I'll upgrade it then but I think this will be fine to start as I'm really not much of a cook anyway at the moment.

If you like to cook...gas is the way. Better temp control Also, cheaper.
Oh, and living in a house that's over 150 years old...I'm jealous! :)
