House Robot Test, Sgt Bash, Shunt, Mortis

A collection off 6 videos, of which contains footage of the house robots (bash and shunt) been tested. They were found on the old robot wars website, now long gone. Enjoy, and sorry for the quality, not a lot I can do about it. The Video then continues to show Toy Shunt and the robot Mortis.

@mini1000dandan always wanted to drive one, i got a little RC Shunt (still compleat with exhaust and working axe) u have to drive it in reverse all the time as the wepons on the back, but i got a feeling the Reel Housebots only have 1 stork on the controller for movement.

I had an RC Shunt. For an axe, 'twas shite. And you had to operate the scoop by hand. Oh, and it was noisy. Imagine battling them. God, must've sucked. I bet Killalot couldn't cut your toenails.

A toy Mortis would have rocked. Trying to remake a 3 hits per second axe, HA!

Video Added by ME! I have an RC Shunt & Sir K, I have also driven RC Matilda, I still think RC Shunt, is the best (fun) to drive, i have fixed the broken exhaust with a spring from a pen (so it now wont snap off again), fixed the axel of the axe, with a piece of mecanoe, but now the main axe bit has snapped off, any idea how to fix this part.

@spongebot64 believe what you like it was a open day sorta thing to show off the new arena and two people had to do an assault course with two house robots of their choose i was one of the two and chose to drive shunt :)

I had rc shunt rc matilda and 2 rc robots that could destroy eachother by ramming the backs until they popped off sgt bash and tornado

@jpnixon if i remember corectly (i was only about 11) there was two joysticks and you only move them at the slightest movments (which i didnt do so they had to keep resetting it :D)
