Never Alone Again Chapter 8

On that Tuesday Chloe gets a text from Nick during her French class:
Nick: Hey Chlo what are you up to?
Chloe: UH im in French class.
Nick: OH CRAP i forgot you went to public school, i got the day off, wait you take french?

Chloe was hiding her sidekick under her desk. Thank goodness they had a sub that day he was oblivious, plus it was set to silent, but she had seen it blink when nick's text arrived

Chloe; lucky getting the day off! and yah i take French it is my favorite class
Nick: oh well when do you get out of school?

He had a plan he knew where the school was he just needed that time

Chloe: 3:15
Nick: k keep an eye out when school is over! bye

Chloe's POV (note's that she's writing on her binder paper) What is up? Nick must have something planned but he's so good at keeping secrets, even in a text! i think im falling for him, like for real, the fangirl surprise is gone. Now i think im falling in love, crazy huh? He's perfect!

General POV (end of school)
the rang and Chloe ran out to the front of the school. She spoke with friends as she made her way to the driveway entrance. She saw an old fashioned black mustang with white stripes down the middle, she wondered for half a second then ran at top speed to the passenger door, leaving her friend mid-sentence. Nick was holding two boxes, one with decorative gift wrap messily covering the medium sized box. The other one was quite a bit larger, and wrapped with perfect creases, the peace signs on the wrap made her laugh lightly she had told Nick that they were her favorite. "I heard it was your birthday two weeks ago so i got you something, and as you can tell" he said pointing to the messily wrapped gift "So did Joe, he and Frankie wrapped it" SHe took that one first she pulled the wrapping apart quickly. She uncovered a treasure box, hand painted with small flowers and faries. She had explained to everyone how she collected small farie figures and jewelry boxes with them. She was amazed at how thoughtful Joe was to buy this for her. "Nick after I open yours i need to thank Joe" Nick smiled "I already talked to your mom i get to keep you untill 11:00 tonight so your coming to my house to plan the rest of the day. Now open mine!" he said gently passing her the large box and pulling into the road from their parked position. She carefully pulled the paper apart. she found under it a white cardboard box. She opened it. What she found made her gasp, she was in awe, Nick was so thoughtful, she was right he was perfect. she held the engraved locket close to heart, it read
'Je T'aime' then the second line was a small heart, the third said Nicholas Jonas. " I guess you faked it, Sorcha told you in take french huh?" "yah " he replied "every bit of that, open the locket" he said looking over at her since they were at a red light. She found a picture taken when they were in the bubble fight, i guess Sorcha had seen them kissing, because the picture was them with bubbles throughout their hair in mid-kiss. Oddly enough Chloe loved it "That's really amazing!" she said to nick "hey there's more stuff in there you know" she looked into the box and found a leather jacket she recognized it "Your giving me your leather jacket?!" chloe asked sweetly "Yah, it will look adorable on you. oh and look in the envelope , there's one last thing in there. She opened it finding a letter from Disney channel's president, she read it smiling really excitedly "You got me an audition for disney, and you got Sorcha an audition too!" she shouted, ecstatic "Not just an audition but an almost guaranteed spot in the disney family. She found out from Joe yeterday. plus my character, Nate, will be a little bigger in camp rock 2 so you will be playing my girlfriend! by then you'll already have a contract." chloe was beaming " Je T'aime, Nicholas, vous avez tout à fait étonnant!" Nick looked puzzled "huh?" " I said I love you Nick you are absolutely amazing. and every bit of it was the pure and simple truth" They pulled into the driveway and he turned of the engine he got out of the car and walked over to open Chloe's door. He did and was taken completely by surprise. She pulled him by his tie and he fell onto the seat held tightly in place with excitement he felt Chloe's lips caress they sat in the passenger seat, Nick closed the door as the kiss became deeper they felt so close. They continued with ease, going with instinct not having to think about it. they pulled apart "Nick, do you know what one of my favorite things about you is" "what?" he asked grinning " I absolutely love how when we kiss i can feel you smiling!" "Well thanks your the first girl in haven't had to analyze everything for, i don't need to wonder if it's the right time to kiss you or when i should hold your hand i just...know" he said. 'Me too" Chloe said as they entered the house.
