This is a lock flow as developed and practised by the Academy of Traditional Fighting Arts (see www.traditionalfightingarts.com). It comprises a flow of locks from the kata Fukyugata (also Heian/Pinan Shodan) along lines of least resistance. It is not one "bunkai" but is a method of remembering and practising tuide bunkai.

  • @superdarkmario2 This is a drill, teaching you the transition from lock to lock. You wouldn't "pull this off in a fight". However when applying one of the locks used in this sequence, you have greater awareness of how your opponent might slip out and what other lock you can convert it to.

  • that looks impossible to actually pull of during a fight
