Wow, I really like her style! Just wish she could smile more often, in some parts she looks nervous. But I found her much better than modern "super stars"... Looks more traditional, and "arabic".just my opinion. That would be nice if you have any video of her teacher! Hugs.

She was my teacher in NYC around 99/2000, I can't believe I found her on here, thank you so much for posting this! I've since lost touch with her, but I have to say that although she is younger in this video, when I was training with her, she was a stunning woman and dancer, truly the embodiment of what belly dancing came to mean to me. Feminine, powerful, full of passion, she would always say, "change the molecules in the room with your dance!!!"

She's not nervous, more likely exasperated! There was a problem with one of the video cameras so they had to dance several times from several camera angles. I do have video of her teacher, who later became my teacher, but so far, she won't allow any videos of her to be published. One day perhaps.

That is so awesome! She was a very charismatic dancer. That smile of hers was amazing! I'm so glad you had the chance to know her.
