Before practicing these postures it would be a great idea to do some shoulder opening stretches like Gomukasana & Garudasana (just the arm movements and a comfortable seated position). And also to practice Vajrasana w a block under your bum, to open the fronts of the thighs. Cat/Cow stretch would be nice too! An arm variation in Tree Pose for my yogi's and yogini's with less mobility in their shoulders would be to palm the outside of the hoop on opposite sides and raise overhead. You may take Savasana or any easy seated position after you finish to let your practice sink in and to cool down. Namaste!
