Miley: *standing, holdling Demi's hand crying*I'll see you in a few hours, D.
Demi: *crying too, happy tears*I love you.
Miley: I love you too, girly. *hugs her*
Selena: *crying, but because she is scared*You better not leave me, if you don't come out of there in one piece...I just...I don't know what I'll do.
Demi: I will, i'll be okay. C'mere. *pulls her into a hug and whispers in her ear*I love you, Selly.
Selena: I love you too. *wipes her tears*
Miley + Demi + Selena: *holding hands crying*
Demi: You two are the sisters I never had.
??: Hey sis, that's not very nice of you.
Demi: *looks up with wide eyes*Ashley?
Ashley: Don't I get a hug? *hugs Demi*
Demi: What are you doing here?
Ashley: My baby sis is having surgery why wouldn't I be here?
Demi: Because you weren't at any of my other surgery's, "sis".
Ashley: I'm sorry, Dems. I really am...i've been a terrible sister.
Demi: Okay...but only because I don't want to fight before surgery.
Ashley: I love you sissy, *kisses her cheek*.
Demi: Be good to Mom while i'm in there, don't let her worry too much.
Ashley: *laughs*I don't know if I can do that...but i'll try.
Nick: *walks up to Demi*I just wanted to apologize for what happened...
Demi: *shakes her head* Don't worry about it Nicky. Just don't break my Miley's heart.
Nick: Never. *hugs her*
Demi: *sighs*
Joe: *copies her*
Demi: Get your sexy ass over here.
Joe: *comes over and sits beside her.*

Everyone else leaves to give them some privacy.

Demi: You know...I still have a half hour...
Joe: *not following*Okay?
Demi: I'm feeling pretty loose...
Joe: Want me to tuck you in more?
Demi: Wow, you must be an angel because you've fallen from heaven.
Joe: *knits his eyebrows together*
Demi: Sex, Joe! I want to *whispers* make love...*embarrassed* to you...
Joe: *lets out a big laugh*
Demi: You think that's funny?!
Joe: Were you*trys to catch his breath*...trying to...seduce me?
Demi: You don't have to rub it in my face!
Joe: *still laughing*
Demi: *joking*Fine, but if you think you're getting any now, you're sadly mistaken.
Joe: *gets seriously*Are you really ready Demi?
Demi: *nods* Yes.
Joe: But here? Don't you want it to be more special than a hospital bed?
Demi: To me? Anywhere you are is special. I don't care where I do it, as long as it's with you Joseph.
Joe: Can you?
Demi: I'm feeling great right now.
Joe: Okay. *gets up and closes the blinds on the window and locks the door*
Demi: *pulls him onto the bed, kisses him as she pulls his shirt off*
Joe: *unties her hospital gown and throws it aside, kissing her neck*
Demi: *unbottons his pants and pulls them down.*
Joe: I love you.
Demi: *pulls down his boxers*I love you too.

(Demi's POV)
Demi: Do you have a...
Joe: Yeah, hold on. *reaches into his pants pocket on the floor and pulls out a condom from his wallet*

I was beginning to feel a little nervous but Joseph talked me threw it, he went slow, careful not to hurt me. He kissed me deeply and I felt
him enter me, a little while later I moaned in pleasure. I've never felt this way before. So free, so good. When we were done we cuddled for a
little while until we finally had to say our goodbyes.

Joe: *fully dressed, helping Demi put her gown back on*I envy you.
Demi: Why?
Joe: You are so perfect.
Demi: *laughs*Sure.
Joe: You are, and you're gorgeous. These past few months we've had together...they've been amazing and I wouldn't trade them for anything.
Demi: Even if something happened?
Joe: I would rather have a few months of wonderful than a lifetime of nothing special. [A/N: 1) I took that quote from my favorite movie; Steel Magnolias and changed it around. 2) I've lost track of how long they've been together but I'm saying it's 4 months, kay?]
Demi: You...are perfect. *kisses him*
Joe: I have a surprise for you when you get outta there, so be ready.
Demi: Ooooh I love surprises.
Joe: *tears up, realizing he must say goodbye*
Demi: Don't cry, you're gonna make me cry. *puts a hand on his cheek*
Joe: *sniffles*Sorry.
Demi: *begins crying too, leans her forhead against his*I love you boyfriend.
Joe: I love you too. You're mine forever.
Demi: Well aren't we just the cutest? *laughs*
Dr. S: *knocks on the door*
Demi: Come in.
Dr. S: Ready, Demi?
Demi: *sighs* Yep.
Joe: *Kisses her forehead, then her nose then her lips* See you in a few hours, babe.
Demi: See you.
Dr. S: *Wheels her out and into surgery.*

[A/N: Demi said goodbye to her mother first!
And I know the "sex" scene or whatever isn't very detailed but it was my first one and I was a little too embarrassed. Do you want a more detailed one next time? Less? Same?]
