A un mois du G20 à Cannes, ONE lance un spot intitulé « Putain de famine : l'obscénité n'est pas là où on le croit ». Des personnalités françaises et internationales, venant du monde du sport, de la musique ou du cinéma, ont accepté de prendre part au spot. Volontairement novateur, provocateur et radical, il attire l'attention sur la catastrophe humanitaire qui sévit actuellement au Kenya, en Ethiopie, en Somalie et à Djibouti. Et propose des solutions à long terme.

I agree. Also, Charities are usally wolves in philanthropic clothing. If they wanted to truely help they should do what Andre Agassi did and build schools or hospitals and make sure they're run properly.

A lot of them donate substantial amounts but not in the context of the millions they earn. What bothers me is the attitude many of them put forth which seems to be a sort of "look at how philanthropic and kind hearted I am". The call to end famine would be much stronger if they interviewed starving people and had them speak rather than spoiled actors who've never gone hungry a day in their lives. Don't know if you'd agree with that.

1 - Si t'étais pas un benêt tu verrais qu'on te demande pas ton argent mais ta voix. Le but c'est de faire pression sur les gouvernements afin que l'on mette fin enfin à la famine ainsi qu'à des maladie pour lesquelles on a les médicaments mais qui coutent trop chère.
2 - Tu lâchera jamais dans toute ta vie le quart de la moitié de ce que Bono lâche en 1 mois pour l'Afrique.
Mais enfin c'est plus simple de cracher dans la soupe comme tu le fais que de s'engager.
