PRS SE Soapbar 2 (P90 pickups) - demonstration video

Little video trying to show some of PRS SE Soapbar 2 guitar sound capabilities. Guitar is 100% stock, no mods at all.

Recorded through POD XT Live direct to PC via USB. Amps in order of appearance: 1. Vox AC30 (U2 and harp-like lick), 2. Matchless (Extreme), 3. Vox AC30 (Queen), 4. Line 6 Chemical, 5. Marshall Plexi 68 (Rush).

i have two prs gems, both very expensive. and this is makin me want an SE soapbar. its sounds beautiful! well every prs does IMHO but theres somethin about this SE that is fantastic

@777RAD777 thx 4 the comments. I liked this PRS sounds, but something in the building quality didnt pleased me 100%. I ended selling it a few months after this footage.

Velho, Hambucks tem o Som "Fexado" enquanto os Single Coils tem um Som mais aberto, como você definiria o som dos Soapbar ?

There is probably no faste way to wear out your strings than to play with a metal pick (coin).

I have this model (but black with custom tortoiseshell PRS pickguard) and have to say the wide range of tones are typical to this demo. As for the other comment about build quality - I nailed mine for just £265 new delivered (old stock) - with luxury PRS Gigba AND Inside was (in error) a new PRS trem arm and set of springs - I sold those on ebay for £30 !So was really only £235 Thanks PRS!! Build quality is high by the way!
