@Monzaede they dont always play the same, if they did, they wouldnt have two drummers. its to create depth in their songs, and each drummer has a subtle, yet effective, different beat, start listening at 4:22 which is a perfect drum example

@Monzaede @1:11 you see it's the subtle parts where there's two different pieces being played, but neither out-doing the other. One keeping time, the other doing tom rolls. i know what you mean though about it sounding like the same thing.
