Excuse for why it took so long to put up: My compy froze up and had to be manually shut down four times. I hope the next dozen vids aren't like that...Wish me luck...

You can. But that's not the point of visiting Tokyo. You go to Tokyo to see one of the major cities in Japan, the capital of Japan. You can buy video games anywhere. Including America. They're just cooler in Japan, if you can manage to afford/play them. Some systems aren't compatable across oceans.
