Every State encourages this continued theft of your trailers. 11 States DO NOT HAVE A REGISTRATION FOR STOLEN TRAILERS!! Every Insurance Company does not care! Erie, State Farm, Geico, Travelers, Liberty Mutual all help stolen trailers with NO UNDERWRITING.

You need to know the Governor Of South Carolina does not care about stolen trailers and the needless death of two of its citizens.

Shame on every public safety Official that has tried to prevent us.....from telling the truth.

Thieves made off with a disaster relief trailer owned by some local churches. Now volunteers are wondering how to replace it.

The church estimates the equipment and trailer are worth about $25,000. But more importantly, they used it all to help others.

"We were like 'holy moley' they broke into this trailer. This is our big circus tent that we use for all kinds of events from carnivals to disaster relief. But they didn't take anything out of it, they just broke into it and said 'we don't want that.'"

The trailer was parked right behind the Reno South Baptist Church. They think someone took it between Friday and Saturday of this past week.

The trailer is used by local Baptist volunteers to respond to emergencies, like house fires, wild fires and evacuations.

It's a big white trailer with generators on the front, but no special writing.

The trailer was filled with cooking equipment, lights, generators and other emergency supplies. "We had a drill this Saturday, we needed it. We showed up and locks are lying on the ground, the other trailer next to it is broken into and everything's gone, so we're just out," says Dr. Joe Taylor.

The church does have security cameras, but they were replacing the system, so most of them were turned off during the theft.

No one saw anything suspicious either.

Police took the locks for evidence and are trying to help solve the case.

Disaster relief teams are meeting this week to figure out what to do. The church will try to raise money to replace the trailer and the equipment. If you'd like to help out you can contact South Reno Baptist Church at 827-3227.

The volunteers are, of course, hoping someone locates the equipment and gives it back.
