Giving up

Well I've decided it was high time I quit smoking so i decided it go out on a bang so to speak and have made a video of my last cigi.

I wonder how long I can last before I start getting raty.

i haven't smoked since sep 2006, cold turkey is the way to go!! after a while you'll go back to the way it was before, when cigarettes were disgusting to you.  just make sure you quit drinking for a few months because when your drunk you don't give a shit

I have bad breathing problems due completely to smoking so I wonder what your purpose is in glorifying it with a "Damn, that's good!" All of us in our group, you, me, all the rest in our group, know the horrors but apparantly you've only been hit in your pocketbook thus far. I'd like to see what your flippant attitude and continued indulgence earns you when you are bent over trying to force a yawn for a little relief. Do another segment THEN! Not now when you can breathe AND smoke.

I realy Dont Understand what you problem is with me saying "damn that was good" nim sorry to say this but much as I regreatt it it was a damn good smoke and the rush from nicotine is very nice but yes i do agree it is a very bad thing too smoke and i do wish that i Had never started in the first place but unfortunatly I did And now I will hopefully stay away from the evil weed we will see we will see.

k i got a novel 2 say but i'll express it shortly usually when you have your last fag your brain tends to remember how good that rush was wanted you to feel that rush again people can quit in under a week the third day is the hardest day but you will live without a fag trust me my father quit and never ever went back he has a powerful mind and you do too if you wish to use it

The thing is, it doesn't work to say, "this is my last cigarette," it's better to say, "the last cigarette I had was my last cigarette." Not that it really makes a difference.
