An Anderson Classic that deserves a second chance!

Even thought this series lasted for only 13 episodes it was still one of my favorites.

I love seeing Father Unwin flying down the freeway driving "Gabriel" while telling Mathew something like "They don't build automobiles like they used to."

Father Unwin, you're FAB!!!

Bit of trivia - this church, St Michael's and All Angels, is in the parkland of Benjamin Disraeli's house, Hughenden Manor, near High Wycombe, Bucks. Not sure what that's got to do with The Secret Service - I assume it was chosen because it's not a million miles from Slough. Worth a visit, though, and you could always hum the theme tune if you fancy.

Somebody needs to upload all the episodes of The Secret Service onto YouTube. It's the only Supermarionation program which I haven't seen.

@ImageDissectors Thanks for the info. It's true, the Avengers still look great. I tell you what, I'm really disappointed at many things today like the lack of clean fun. That's why I go to the library to check out old shows in dvd form to get some inspiration and new ideas because productors nowadays seem unable to make simple, easy, interesting shows, like the Avengers for instance, which despite being more than 40 years old, are still as good and as plausible as ever.
