@madog1991 you forget wisconsin's staidum holds 70,000 people, where as utah's only holds 45,000. even at 45,000 the seats are high up, so the noise is compacted in the stadium. it gets loud in rice eccles more often then not and when it does, its deafening for only being 45,000 people.

@madog1991 Utah does this on EVERY defensive third down. It effects opponents. Much better then jumping around between quarters
