6.4 Liter Ford Powerstroke-Thermostats-EGR Cooler Removal

Here is part II in this series for coolant leaks on the 6.4 Liter Powerstroke. In this video, I will show replacement of the thermostats, removal of the horizontal EGR cooler and removal of the lower radiator hose.

I did my fist set of Stats this morning. Took less than 2 hours. Your video is the only reason I attempted the job. You probably could delete the coolers if it was for off road use or in a non emission state. In a manufactures shop, we go back with original to keep within federal guidelines.

Would it just be better to just delete the EGR and RR the Thermostat and Radiator? EGRs have been a fali since the 6.0
