this way works really well for cash strapped people and it always works! 67 mage xp ea and it's faster than high alch by far. requirements are 65 fletching and 57 mage.
ps sorry bout the slight lag, pc was coping with hd and hypercam..
results may vary depending on the ge prices.

devide the cost of runes by 12. = 59
total profit per bolt created 5 GP LOL.
they sell 30 above med price.
theoretic profit is 35 x 12 gp per cast
XP given to mage is 67 per cast of 10.
total profit per 10 is 423gp.
