How to get the bluescreen effect

hi man thanks for all of that but i got one more qeustion at the end of the transistion the blue screen flashes up for a sec then it goes how do i get rid of that happening?

i always add the 'Fade out' + 'Fade in' effect (if you right click on the clip it gives you the option.) i dont think it can be properly fixed.

@95thomas11 Did you type it "bluescreen.xml", "BlueScreen.xml", or Blueescren.xml"? You have to say "bluescreen.xml".

i did all things you said and i name it xml

but the blue screen is not coming up on movie maker....

help?
