Review of my Dooney & Bourke Florentine Satchel in the color Natural. The leather has softened and became darker with use.
I adore this bag!!! Multi-functional, a good size and can be carried 3 ways (satchel, worn on shoulder or crossbody).

I just got mine 4 day's ago at Macy's & they had it in red or white, I went for the white!! It's so beautiful! It's heavy 4 lbl with nothing in it. I'll be getting another color soon! Yes it is made in China wish they could make it here in the State's, some of the leather is made in Italy . Enjoy everyone!!:)

Love the D&B Florentine collection! I am a big fan & own too many some would say. I have the Florentine med hobo in the natural & the larger version of this bag in the black. The color
will darken on the natural & look even more beautiful.

I hope this stays arondf or a while.. I'm gonna save up for about a year and going to treat myself when I get into a good college.. hehe

@gravetownthrash This is the regular satchel, not the small nor the mini, so i guess you can call it the large version.

Thank you for the review - it has been most beneficial to me at the time of my own purchase of the D&B Florentine satchel. Regarding the heavy weight, I found a solution that hopefully others will find beneficial too. You can check out the video I uploaded on my channel if you like.

@lovemickytobits Hi! It is heavier than a usual bag but this is due to the quality materials it's made of (thick vachetta leather, partial suede/textile lining, gold tone hardware. I'm used to the weight and I tend to carry a lot anyway so I don't notice the weight at all. If its too heavy for you, perhaps you can check out the smaller satchel sizes.
