You can do all the fancy marketing you want - but it won't change the laws of supply vs demand. There are over 20,000 vacant units in the Brickell area alone. I understand you want to make your commissions. But at some point your'e going to have to get real systematically lower the price if you want to get these units movings. Your client has holding costs to consider.
