Apologies for the crappy playing, testing the epiphone les paul special 2, it sounds better in person compared to here in the video, good guitar for beginner-intermediate level guitar players, for the price its definitely a good buy, it doesnt look like its a metal guitar but the humbuckers actually sound good for heavy distortion.

  • At the end, you shouldve just randomly lifted up your shirt and flash us. That'd be hilarious.

  • @ChrisLikestoPlay ahahaha brilliant thinking! lol

    Cool vid btw man :)

  • Just got mine today. I'm using it with a METEORO ATOMIC DRIVE REVERB, 20 watts, and the distortion sounds like crap. Any ideas about it?

  • i have 1 its awsome

  • I've been trying this guitar out for a while and was very surprised at the sounds that come out of it. I will get this guitar next week. Thanks for the review

  • He sped up the video.

  • @AppleGuitarGuy Yes, but that's difficult. You have to solder them on after filling them with wax. Very pricey and very time consuming.

  • Can you just slap on Gibson Pick up covers on the stock pickups?

  • @salvoxrx95 i thing he had changed only the covers

  • had you changed the pickurds?

  • do you change pickups?

  • @antivatican1 P90s are good in the neck position. Being single coil they have more definition and don't produce the muddy lows like a neck humbucker. An alternative is to fit a capacitor in series with the neck humbucker to filter out the lows. I did this some years ago on a LP copy and people constantly commented on how good the guitar sounded when playing both pickups. Unfortunately I can't remember whether it was a 0.47mfd or a 0.047mfd capacitor though.
