This is a demo of a game I made in the Akihabara HTML5 game engine developed by Kesiev using Javascript. It's a first person shooter game with Björk coming back to Iceland to defeat Cthulhu, who has taken up residence there. I used quotations from Björk herself for the witty banter between her and Cthulhu. The total size of the game is under 1MB and it took me 12 hours to create from start to finish. It's able to be played in any web or mobile browser that supports HTML5.

  • Hi em, the link on your website to play the game doesn't work anymore. Could you maybe fix it? I'm dying to play this game! :D

  • @Voltabulous Really? I just tried it from the interactive art page and it works ok. What link are you clicking on? I'm really glad you like this game. :)

  • @supermortalhuman Thanks! Hoped you liked playing :)

  • @emdaniels7 I made it over and found ya yesterday with google goodness! Commented your page too :P

  • @supermortalhuman Sorry! Youtube won't let me post links in comments. It's my name together- Emily Daniels, then com. Then it's on the Interactive Art page. Use the Z key as the A button in a browser to shoot and select and the arrow buttons to move. On an iPad or iPhone, a controller bar will pop up to use. Enjoy!

  • @emdaniels7 there's no link for your site :P or on your channel :P but i love it, would like to try!

  • @supermortalhuman Right! @bonghits420 sorry! My camera was not so good. You can play the game for free at my website.

  • focus, please!! :(

  • Thanks! Sorry- youtube is not letting me share links to the game or the website where the code lives- please google Emily Daniels to play the game live and Kesiev Norimaki for info on the Akihabara HTML5 engine.

  • wow this is awesome, fully hardware accelerated, right? I don't yet know much about html5.
