Ag Growth International (AGI) is a leading manufacturer of portable and stationary grain handling, storage and conditioning equipment including augers, belt conveyors, grain storage bins, grain handling accessories and grain aeration equipment. AGI's sales, marketing and distribution system is comprised of approximately 1,400 dealers and distributors that distribute product in 48 states, nine provinces, and overseas.

AGI was established in 1996 and launched an Initial Public Offering in May 2004. AGI has pursued a strategy of organic growth complemented by strategic acquisitions to become the preferred supplier of high quality grain handling equipment and related products for both dealers and farmers. Acquisitions in support of this strategy included Batco Manufacturing (specialty crop belt conveyors), Wheatheart Manufacturing (grain handling equipment), Westfield Industries (portable grain augers), Edwards Group (Grain Guard & Keho brand aeration and grain drying equipment), Hi Roller (stationary belt conveyors), Twister (galvanized grain bins), Union Iron (material handling and storage equipment), and Applegate Livestock Equipment (livestock equipment).
