@ATARI800XLfan True that. But in fact, even if Talbain denies it, he is in someway a superhero. Or he could be what is called an antihero since he's not completely a Mr. Goody Two Shoes type character. He does have a dark side as well as a good side from what I understand.

@MDthornton83 He could always embrace his wolf side and become a hero or a defender of piece and justice, like the astounding wolf-man, it is a comic by Image. The main character becomes a werewolf and decides to use it for good and becomes a superhero.

I wouldn't see werewolf-ism as a curse. I'd think of it more as a blessing and a privilege. If I was a werewolf, I don't think I would want to give up what I have just to be human again. I'd keep it. Besides, Jon is way more adorable as a werewolf.
