everyone living in that area for generations or for a long time knew about the bohemian grove-it was not a secret. my friends would say every year many service workers, meaning food service, etc would be hired and make the most money of their working year. parents retired in santa rosa and it was announced in the local press these folks were coming for the bohemian grove event. most people thought these people were rich, powerful weird folk.
