  • Why the hell would you have a hackintosh if you can afford/have a MacBook? Hackintosh's are for desprate losers who are too poor to afford apple computers. I have/will have a hackintosh as my main OS. What does that make me then? :P

  • Your comment is a bit contradictory... however why have one - because you can..

Apple does not make a 10" netbook.. therefore I couldn't go out and buy one... I also have a quadcore hackintosh, of which is about as powerful as a mac pro, but at 1/5 the cost and much easier to upgrade - its just simple economics son.

  • Good video. This is the U100, right? Are there other MSI netbook models?

Why do you not have internet on this? I thought the wireless driver supporting OSX was leaked some time ago.

Finally, why didn't you install 10.5.6?

  • It is the U100

I didn't have internet on it yet as my wireless card hadn't arrived, at that time there were no drivers available for the realtek card.

I installed osx 10.5.4 and made this video long before .6 was released.

  • what kind of portable dvd drive did you use to install with

  • you can use any external usb drive, make/model doesnt matter at all.
