Frank was demoted in 2008 after she hired a woman to file fake sexual harassment charges on Frank in Dinah's bid to make Mallet chief of police. Of course, Mallet resigned and decided to be a beat cop for a while before accepting the chief of detectives offer. Frank's face was bruised up after he got into a fistfight with Doris' bodyguards.
