http://www.myfitteru.com/abs - The pallof press is an amazing core exercise that forces you to brace your core and glutes to stabilize and resist rotation. Developed by physiotherapist, John Pallof, the pallof press is definitely an exercise you want to add to your core training routine.

And don't forget to tell your friends. Simply forward this video to them so they can learn too!

  • @tiktok51 having ONE strong arm isnt enough for you? so u want TWO strong arms in ONE body? soo greedy, there are millions of people who dont even have ONE strong arm. You should be ashamed of yourself.

  • @fitforlife101

It's the same principle. The transfer of weight will make your core work harder to keep the body steady.

  • I can't really see this exercise strengthening the core muscles much. The plank plus kettlebells is how I develop stronger core muscles.

  • thanks for another great routine. keep em coming

  • i lift pretty heavy and i don't even have a core routine...i should work on that. Would like to see a clip where you show a routine to develop full core strength. I'm afraid i might injure myself without a strong core.

  • this exercise is nice... i tried it used to

  • Core excersies are so important.

    Thanks!

    Blessings & Bubbles!

Yes, but its an anti rotation exercise, so its less to do with your arms and more to do with your core. You'd switch to exercise your core in the opposite direction

  • dont you hawe to change sides becouse if you do it facing one way all the time doesnt it mean that your one arm works more than the other?

  • 4th?
