Canon T1i / 500D HD Test Video

Just wanted to test the video quality of my Canon T1i. The video was shot in 720p not 1080p, I just forgot to change up the setting. All in all I'm very happy in the quality. What do you guys think?

morphious, i just want to say id give so much to have that camera. im an aspiring photographer and my family is going through really rough times. i really also want to get into learning directing and video editing but the camera i have isnt good enough. i think your the luckiest man alive being able to review and use these amazing cameras. i just cant wait till one day when i have the t1i and im continuing my passion for photography/film making.

Two questions, can this camera do 1080p and in this video, is this the sound quality of the camera already? or did you use an external mic?

Got my copy of 500D last year, and just started exploring video mode after playing too much on static images.

I hate when the noises building up on darker colored area. Even when shot on 1080i, its still appearing (with even bigger noise).. :(

I remember watching this when you made this video thinking: "Wow, imagine spending that much money on a camera"... And now im sitting here looking at my beautiful T1i!! ;) Miss you Carlos :P

@tehfrogDon't take this the wrong way but your family doesn't have to have to provide the money for the camera, if you’re old enough you should consider taking a part time job to get it especially if you are passionate about this stuff.
