Real bsod for vista and 7 users: open taskmanager and end the proces "crlls.exe". This is harmless, only your computer will restart XD

There is no "easy" way to get a full screen command prompt in Windows 7 or Vista. However, you can maximise Command Prompt to fit the size of your screen by right clicking the title bar and clicking Properties -> Layout and entering your screen's resolution into the Window Size boxes.
