The song is called "The Rare Old Mountain Dew" or "The Real Old Mountain Dew." It's an Irish folk song that was first published in 1916, though it's probably much older than that. Like most traditional songs, it has many variations with different lyrics.

That was intentional to make it look like the old Miner pictures taken around the Civil War era - 1850's-1890's. Also, you can see the detail of the models.
