pretty much, but Shanghai gets less idiots in the expat world compared to Tokyo that is.

I have been to both cities. It's depressing, but Japan sadly gets the real idiots. Shanghai gets the professionals.

Yea I know. I got stared at in Northern China because there aren't that many of us. I didn't really say they were racist. lol I can tell the difference between racism, and just plain curiousity.. I had a great time in China. And yea I am back in America now, and it really does suck and I notice how its just one of the most racist countries to be in. But China. I had a great time. Living in Japan wasn't so bad either compared to the US for black people. I plan on expatting it in the future.

yep, usually white americans though. they get the priviledge and the negative connotation that comes with that. Me I get the whole Obama thing XD in northern China I get stared at, but in Japan I get the whole Obama thing, and in Korea they just hate black people XD.
