Video trailer for Union County Sports speed and agility training camps. Located in the Charlotte North Carolina area, Union County Sports provide sports specific training to youth athletes. The camps are proffesionally run but still are very fun for the kids. The camps are run by Erik Saunders, Mike vagnone and blair Harding. harding is currently the head football coach at Porter Ridge high School and Saunders has prior High School and Middle School experience. If you want your child to excel in sports, start them on a program like this as early as possible. These guys were having a lot of fun but they are also learning the techniques they will need to move faster and have better coordination in sports.
