My first question, who was the contractor and how is he related to the mayor or the building inspector or any of the council members? This smacks of the good 'ol boy, screw the taxpayer, system. Shoddy, shoddy workmanship....Surely there were building codes violated on this job.
A 3 year old building that is already trash and unsafe.This place is an tragedy waiting to happen.
