@Chosenby1 You know "The China Study" was written with a bias to vegans and the author, Campbell, cherry picked information. Look up critiques of the China Study where they actually look at the data. The big correlation to disease was neither meat nor fat, but wheat!

Then research organizations, such as the FNB, DNC, WSRO, and AMI, who are partly responsible for shaping nutritional facts that end up in text books, which are the basis for these "health experts out here. Then discover the appalling truth as to how much of those nutritional facts were manipulated by the meat, dairy and sugar industry who had committee members within those organizations to further their agenda. can't post much in a comment thread

@cocoabizri This is NOT an inaccurate video. Those who call themselves "nutritionists" do not have the same education as a Registered Dietitian. Just because someone has read a bunch of books on nutrition or works at a health food store means absolutely nothing.
