If I didn't know better, (and I honestly don't, I only got partial information about this woman), it sounds like aphasia, wernicke's aphasia. Sometimes as a result of a stroke the language center in the brain can be damaged. In the case of wernicke's, the subject may be talking fluently, but the vocabulary is completely wrong but the subject has no awareness of this. They form the thoughts in their heads, but what comes out they are oblivious to, unless you show them on video talking this way
