  • @MasterJoBob very true, whenever i sparr with headgear i tend to feel "safe" when im really not. Also my vision is drastically lowered to the point where i can't see in coming hooks, which hurt alot.

  • "That was a lovely right hand by Clay". I bet it did not feel lovely to the guy who got belted in the face with it. Only a Brit would call a punch "lovely". The punch wasn't awesome,brutal, devastating,sharp or picture perfect but "lovely".

  • it kind of not lets you see hooks coming also

  • headgear has only led to me getting hit in the head more often

    it is a false sense of protection kinda of like football helmets that basically let people fuck each other up more

  • BAN HEADGEAR!!! It's a known fact that boxers who wear them tend to neglect their defense a little. Also the fans would become more familiar with them if we could see their boat race
