Leah's CI Activation

Leah was adopted from China in Sept. 2006 and is profoundly deaf. She was implanted with a cochlear implant on her right side in March 2007. This is a portion of activation day, April 7, 2007.

I take it that she was very overwhelmed to be able to hear for the very first time. very inspiring. I hope you'll continue to share leah's experience with the cochlear implant. thank you for sharing.
