i just need to ask u a few questions, hwo long did it take u to do all that and how heavy are the free weights u were carrying near the end? and how many pushups and pullups and sit ups were u doing? this is really great congratulations

cool, u know ur body type is cool cos ur obviously strong but ur muscles dont show like huge. cos u do ur exercise quickly. if u do it quickly ur muscles grow in strength but not in size if u do it slowly they grow both ways. but it doesnt mean if u have huge muscles that shwo that u r stronger than a guy with thin muscles. it is also cool cos if someone wants to fight with u cos they think ur weak they get pounded lol. that was almost only a strenght program with pounds I was able to pull 6-8 times...
