  • all religion is slavery. cobbling together an historical hotch potch serves only the oppressor.

why not preach humanity not this nonsense

  • @lokey69 U r right It would be great to be able to c the image of the person we muslims love the most, even more than our parents or children. But u c here comes the problem, once u have an image, ,u love it ,u revere it and then u start worshiping it which is forbidden in all the semitic religions of the world, lead by islam. It even goes against logic to bow down to the Creation rather than the CREATOR. Welcome to Seeking Knowledge . Keep up to ur quest and u'll b guided God willing.

  • Mind = blown. SubhanAllah! I WANT TO KNOW MORE! Jazakallah khair for posting sister! Really!

  • That map at 23 mins is NOT the oldest map of Australia in existence. There is evidence to suggest that the Chinese were the first world travels to record and disseminate nautical maps of the world. They left evidence of tin mining in New Zealand that predates the Christian and so the Islamic churches.

  • @lokey69 I will try to explain as best as I can. Prophet Muhammad (may peace be with him) was very worried that followers keep any of his appearance fearing that they worship him instead of God, the Almighty. This because of the ignorance in religion people intend to worship things, images, statues, idols, other people, trees etc and not the One, True God. An example is that christians became worshipers of ISA (Jesus) and his mother Meryem (Mary) (may peace be upon them) and forgot the Creator,

  • just trying to understand.......Why is it a sin to show an image of Mohammad........It seems to me that muslims put thier prophet befor the creator......not to offend anyone...just searching for understanding.

  • Allahu Akbar, i hope we all will chill with eachother in Paradise

  • One of the things about knowing the greatness of your past is that

it enables you to walk with pride in the present.

Thanks for sharing this series of lectures.

    Jazak Allah Khair

  • Thanks a million Dr. Quick! I have learned much about my own history from you since my highschool days (now in graduate school) and always felt that what we need to do now is make movies and series set in ancient West Africa and now you are doing this online series, which is even more effective and accessible.

So thanks a million, and may Allah reward you for your life's work; awakening all oppressed people by rectifying the historical discourse.
