Mugen #104: Manipulators of Their Worlds

Well, originally I was gonna fight Kame's Guile, but dropped him for Reject, and then dropped him for CvSX Rugal. Well, I'm glad I did. This thing is pretty fun to fight. His damage is up there though, but unlike God Rugal, he doesn't love God Press. He blinks yellow for some reason during most supers though. Dunno why, but it looks really weird. He also doesn't seem to fight like a normal Rugal. Again, I can't pinpoint why. I still recommend it though.

Sakuya's the last of the updated, and another to get another super, but it's another goddamn HC motion, but this one's a counter with a small window. Yikes. It's a pain in the ass to do but pretty cool to watch. For an idea, go watch the counter super for ATSUI's Reisen (see match #50, Millenium Rabbit). For the rest of my words on Sakuya, see match #74 (Frozen in Time). However, palette #12 is a special mode, which should seem all too familiar (you'll see why next video).

but yeah, I find the EX move flash is kinda bright and fast. I know it's usually like that, but not as "in-your-face", y'know?

He blinks yellow because that's an EX move he just did. :/

His custom supers/moves are all taken from his boss versions in KoF and rebalanced for this one (i.e. Vanishing Rush, Destruction Omega, Rugalspin, etc). :]
