@MrGillykins its more of the user of the program.... one person can get pro work with one and amateur work with the other... its just about fitting into the niche... if you prefer to draw only by hand/ tablet, then i rec sai. if you use additional tools like lasso, smudge etc then use photoshop.. if u r equally skilled in both. then the outcome should be similar

@MrGillykins proly that mixed with pro layer placement

How is he painting over the eye with the brush and it's not spilling out of the line?

Quisiera saber de dónde sacan ese sonidito que suena en el segundo 25 (suena como una gota de agua en el vacío y produce un eco) y también el el minuto 1: 16-17 segundos (1:17).

@Bazzralic I've tried using advanced versions of photoshop for a long time but I find that Paint Tool Sai has definetely got more pressure sensitivity and ease to work with. I think that the curve tool in Paint Tool Sai is a lot quicker to work with.

Whoa, 21 hours to colour and perfect a single picture. The pros are on a whole different level....

i supposed that you are saying this for last years but..just incase.. the newer version of photoshop did have sensitivity surface for tablet graphics~ i didnt like sai perhaps maybe because of it has less options for digital painting..i ve been using photoshops for almost 6 years.being trying on sai but..i guess it just didnt fit..

yeah, it's more like a safety mechanism more than anything, makes re-editing much easier. the cluttering might piss you off though
unfortunately it seems as if photoshop has become the obsolete program in the anime world. People are moving towards Paint Tool Sai, or other other more advanced programs I am unaware of.
Photoshop simply does not have the sensitivity and solidity for tablet design the way Sai does. It is almost like working with vector-smooth lines on a pressure tablet. I am searching for a way to achieve this effect in photshop, and here i am.
