Grizzly or Black Bear?

http://www.montanabears.com - A small bear hangs out in a neighbor's back yard. Is this a grizzly or a black bear? Can you tell the difference?

Black bear , light cinnamon phase . Probably 2nd year cub just away from mama .

Definately a yearling cimmamon phase black bear.

There is no hump on the shoulder area, thus it is a black bear. It's mother may have been killed. It's not unusual for black bear to be killed on the road. In PA area alone there are so many bears killed by cars. It's so sad

That is a yearling black bear. Don't be fooled by the cinnamon color.

it's a color phase black bear. They wander away from thier momma quite a bit. But they are always within' crying distance. I agree with abdulbabe.
