The bulldog's image is that of a tenacious, tough-spirited animal, but today's English bulldog is mild-mannered and kind. Its deceiving image makes this dog a prime target for dog-snatching.

  • if you really want to see what an old bulldog looked like.look doerset olde tyme bulldogs not the usa ones

  • @mpetuch I'm just calling a spade a spade. You know what's really mean? People bred them specifically to look like that.

  • @MyNameIsBucket

You must feel great about insulting the sweetest dogs in the world - grow up

  • The English Bulldog is a twisted abomination. At least American ones can walk properly.

  • English/British bulldog > American bulldog.

  • Alright, so if you're gonna include American and English, you should also include French bulldogs,Olde English Bulldogges, Catahoula Bulldogs, Victorian Bulldogs....and 3689483693 other different types of bulldogs. English bulldogs and American bulldogs are completely different dogs! EPIC FAIL Animal planet.

  • @TheHLstar I was thinking the same thing. When you say "Bulldog" that means "English Bulldog". It's unfortunate though because when I say I have a "Bulldog" people lump them in with American Bulldogs, Pit Bulls, etc. Places like Animal Planet are continuing this disinformation.

  • why do they putt all the bulldogs in the same video the american and the english are two different dogs

  • @43poundtornado Not true. The origins of the Bulldog are not clear. The debate has always been Pug or Mastiff. But considering the bone of the dog alone. I would say more Mastiff than Pug, though the Pug is a determined dog in its own right.
