Matt Nathanson - Stay

Funny story. Matt was saying how he was going to play "Answering Machine" and then he was going to play a "few more songs" and then he was going to "leave." My boyfriend and I looked at each other and (in an attempt to get him to play is NON-recorded song, "Stay",) we scream "STAY!" And he says "OMG that's so funny, there's a song on my New album called "Stay"!" and he played it...

The song isn't new... he's just never recorded it before. Guess he didn't put two and two together.

I was right next to you guys and also yelled "Stay" a lot during the concert. I tried to get him to play it in Philly but failed. So glad he obliged this time.
