@codbrudda i must admit that i have never eaten things THAT hot, so water worked fine for me. i guess spreading the hot sauce in the mouth with water really makes it worse, so yea, that's right. i guess the best would be bread soaked in salted yoghurt (ayran?)

@volvoxmusix Yeh it's okay but the water makes it react more afterwards, it's okay for a split second but it gets worse if you drink water
