Obama's been in for a short time. Things take a long time to change, infact they take so long that things can never really change outside of technological advances because the new guy stops 90% of the programs the old guy started. Look at Hitler, to get to the point where he could change things SO much took him over 10 years and that was with an insanely finantic and incredibly calculated plan that worked out at EVERY turn, including mass assassinations. No change yet does not mean Obama sucks
