The green asparagus would become cold resting on the tray while the mushrooms cook. It takes 5 minutes to cook mushrooms properly. Better to use 2 pans and time vegetables to be ready at the same time. I would start the mushrooms first

and when they are bubbling -sear the asparagus in the second pan

Doesn't need the parm if you're adding the truffle oil. You wont be able to taste the oil with all that parmessian on it.
