@arnolcosto do breaths with one minute intervals ( try to extend your time
each time u go under) work on your different styles and do as many laps. i
love to swim and when i took a college course on it i learned what i was doing wrong and now i can go more than twice what i could. if you learn different ways than you can switch in the middle of a free swim if your too tired and go for a side stroke and preserve your energy

i can hold my breath for 45 secs static and dive 30m without fins, i never trained. can someone tell me some exercise to train?
