Children's Thai Boxing class

A short promo video from one of Bradford MMA Academy's children's Thai Boxing class. One of our most popular classes is lead by academy owner and head coach Alex Abusin who has an eighteen fight and ten year professional fight career which saw him win a British title and be ranked number one in the UK. Our classes are designed to build confidence and self esteem as well as teaching the children the basics of Thai Boxing and self defence.

Fitness and well being are important when one is growing AND the class is a great place to meet friends who all have one thing in common: Thai Boxing! Each class is only £2:50 per child.

We have children from five years to thirteen years who come from all over the Bradford area and some who travel from Leeds. The classes are designed to be fun with plenty of warm up games as well as teaching techniqies. Classes run on a Tuesday and Thursday between 5PM and 6PM and a Saturday morning from 10AM till 11AM.

Parental permission has been given for the children to be filmed and featured in the video,
